Whether you are a visitor or a member, you are all invited to come to any or all events. We pray that this year, like in the past, we will continue to have a great time while developing friendships. Children of all ages are encouraged to join us. We try very hard to have something for all. Even if you have a baby, it is a great time for you to socialize with other parents with babies. Visit the Children's table in the lobby for updated information, or sign up sheets for certain events. We try very hard to keep you updated. Our bulletin board has a calendar and our table has flyers. If you would like to help in any way please contact one of the team member. Parents are always encouraged to participate. Our team meetings are listed in your morning worship bulletin, and parents are always welcome to come and sit in. Together we can make this a great year to grow in Christ

Purpose / Mission: To give Children and their parent's opportunities to develop friendships through social activities planned through the church, as well as to support those involved in our children's teaching ministries and to develop social activities as an outreach to young families in our community.

Duties: We will be responsible for planning social activities for the children of the church, contributing to the ministries of the church such as Children's Church, Nursery, Choirs, Discipleship Training, VBS, and outreach ministries.

Goals: The Children's Committee's goals are to plan at least one activity per month for the children and their families. Maintain a children's table in the foyer area with a calendar of upcoming events where visiting families can find out what's going on in our children's ministries. To plan a community outreach through an Annual Easter Celebration on the Saturday morning before Easter, and a second outreach (annual) celebration in October. We would hope this would be a large outreach effort through advertising in the community and word of mouth.
